Custom Sportswear Manufacturer in Shenzhen — OEM & ODM Sublimated Teamwear for Clubs, Schools & Distributors

GoldenLeaf Sports (ShenZhen) Co., Ltd. has been cutting, printing and sewing performance teamwear under one roof since 2011. Every jersey we ship is produced inside our own 3,000 m² facility by a 160-person team — 80% of whom are senior apparel technicians — using imported Eco-friendly sublimation inks and a five-person QA/QC line.

Because we print the panels before they are cut, name, number, sponsor placement and even individual body sizing can change from garment to garment inside the same 10-piece run. That is why lacrosse programmes in the USA, rugby clubs in Australia and netball leagues in New Zealand keep re-ordering season after season.

A specialist in personalised, digitally sublimated sportswear since 2011.

We design, manufacture and export custom team uniforms from a single Shenzhen campus. More than 160 colleagues — 80% of them experienced garment specialists — run the full chain: pattern grading, RIP colour management, heat-press transfer, laser cutting, sewing lines and final inspection. Order Process

From Enquiry to Carton — 8 Controlled Stages

Each stage below has a named owner and a written sign-off inside our production sheet, so you always know exactly where your order sits.

01Sportswear enquiry and technical consultation

Sportswear Enquiry

Send sport, quantity, fabric preference and reference images. A technical reply with fabric options lands within one working day.

02Size chart and pattern grading for custom teamwear

Size & Pattern

We confirm your regional size chart (US / EU / AU / youth) and grade the block pattern before any artwork is placed.

03Free in-house design mock-up for sports uniforms

Design

In-house designers deliver free mock-ups in 24–48 hours, with unlimited revisions until the artwork is signed off.

04Digital sublimation printing with eco-friendly ink

Printing

Colour-managed RIP profiles print panels on transfer paper with imported Eco-friendly inks for repeatable Pantone matching.

05Heat press sublimation transfer onto polyester fabric

Sublimation

Heat presses bond dye into the polyester fibre — the print will not crack, peel or fade like screen or vinyl transfer.

06Laser cutting printed sportswear panels

Laser Cutting

Registration-mark laser cutting keeps stripes, logos and side panels perfectly aligned across every size in the run.

07Sewing line assembling custom team jerseys

Sewing

Flatlock and overlock lines assemble the garment, adding elastic, drawcords, woven labels and private-label tags.

08QC inspectors checking finished sports uniforms

QC & Packing

Five QA/QC inspectors check measurement, colour and stitching, then poly-bag, name-sort and carton-mark for dispatch.

“Bought for my son who loves soccer and wanted a custom-made uniform. I really like the material because it is light and keeps the body fresh while playing. It took more than a week to arrive, but it was worth it.”

Buyer FAQ

Answers Our Overseas Buyers Ask First

Practical, factory-level detail on MOQ, lead time, fabric and private labelling — written by the production team, not a copywriter.

Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces per design for sublimated jerseys, shorts and pinnies. Because every garment is printed individually before cutting, each player can receive a different name, number and size within the same 10-piece run at no additional charge. Knitted items such as socks and caps carry their own separate minimums.

Digital mock-ups are returned within 24–48 hours. A physical pre-production sample takes 5–7 working days. Bulk runs of 300–1,000 pieces normally ship 12–18 working days after your signed approval, printed and sewn in our own Shenzhen facility — no outsourcing of the printing or QC stages.

We stock 100% polyester interlock (145–180 gsm), micro-mesh, bird-eye mesh, 4-way stretch poly-spandex (88/12) and heavyweight rugby twill. All base cloths are white-dyed and tested for colour fastness at grade 4 or above, printed with imported Eco-friendly sublimation inks so the graphic cannot crack or peel.

Yes — full ODM and private-label service is available: woven or heat-transfer neck labels, hang tags, size stickers, printed polybags and master-carton marking to your specification. Reversible constructions, aboriginal artwork and music-festival styles are also produced in-house.

We regularly ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Japan, the UAE and South Africa under EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Yantian, CIF and DDP terms by express courier, air freight or sea freight, with photographic QC reports supplied before dispatch.
